Q - What do I need to have when I’m ready to place my order?

 

A - You will need the following:

    • Number of guests invited

    • Time and date of wedding

    • Location name and address of the ceremony

    • Name and address of the person receiving the response cards

        keeping the guest count

    • If your reception requires meal choices, you will need to have those

       For the response cards

 

 

Q- Do I have to pay for my invitations in full when the order is placed?

 

A - No. We require a 50% deposit on the order the day it is sent to print.

    The remaining balance and shipping/handling charges will be due

     when the order is picked up.

 

Q - Do my invitations have to match my wedding colors?

 

A - This is a preference of the bride. It does not have to follow any

     color scheme or theme unless you choose so.

 

Q - When should I mail out my invitations?

 

A - Invitations should be mailed out six weeks before the event. Unless

     you have out of town guests that need to make hotel arrangements,

     it is proper to allow at least eight weeks notice to them.

     “Save The Date”  notes area great idea if you have multiple

     people coming in from out of town.

 

Q - Where do people use the personalized napkins at the reception?

 

A - Luncheon and/or beverage napkins are great

     for adding a personal touch to

    • Cookie/Candy table

    • Cocktail hour with H’or Dourvers

    • Serve with beverages from the bar

    • to serve with the cake

    • Placed on the tables at each setting
